Pioneer Flooring offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee to ensure your complete satisfaction with a simple, step-by-step return process. You may return your product for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Here’s what you need to know:
- 30-Day Limit: No returns are accepted after 30 days from pick-up or delivery.
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Non-Returnable Items: There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on transition pieces (e.g., end caps, reducers, T-mold, quarter round, stair noses, etc.).
- Product Condition: Returns must be in the original, sealed, unopened boxes and in the same condition as when they arrived.
- Special Orders: No returns, refunds, or exchanges on special made-to-order products.
- Installed Products: No returns or refunds on installed products. Please inspect for color and quality prior to installation.
- Closeout/Discontinued Items: No returns, refunds, or cancellations on closeout or discontinued items. Warranties are not valid on these items.
- Condition of Returns: We do not accept returns of opened, damaged, wet, or otherwise non-resalable items.
- Tile Products: No returns on tile due to potential breakage and dye lot issues.
- Minimum Return Quantity: We cannot accept returns of fewer than five boxes of material.
- Return Location: Materials must be returned to Pioneer Flooring. Returns cannot be made to the vendor or any other vendor’s locations.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping Assistance: If you need help arranging return shipping, our logistics department can assist you at your expense.
- Return Authorization: Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund. Refunds apply to materials only and do not cover any shipping charges.
